Achieve sales volume targets through direct field selling, saturation events, and trade marketing events Build and recruit sales teams through recruitment of Team Leaders and Sales Agents Provide daily monitoring updates to management team and coordination with all sales activities Management of sales teams for issues, concerns, and related matters Previous experience as a sales supervisor/manager or related work with a telco distributor/selling partner Proven ability to recruit and mobilize sales teams for selling activities Job Type: Full-time
