Collaborate with the best As a Sales Manager, you will take ownership of sales orders for new and existing customers. Using your knowledge of the market and customers, you'll build trusted relationships, expanding our services within your territory. Acting as a customer ambassador you'll contribute innovative insights, creating new and existing sales opportunities.
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
·Managing a sales strategy and building a pipeline of opportunities, increasing order volumes and profitability for customers
·Building long-term strategic relationships with customers to originate sales opportunities and develop strategies for business growth
·Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support proposals, identify sales opportunities and develop strategies for business growth
·Developing customer intelligence and an understanding of their requirements to tailor a range of potential solutions

·Have a results-oriented mindset, with experience of successfully originating sales, working to targets and growing business
·Have experience working in a similar multi- Engineering/Manufacturing environment, e.g. Energy, Industrial
·Demonstrate your passion for building trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders from all levels of the organisation
·Demonstrate experience of working with cross-functional teams within a global-matrix environment
·Demonstrate experience of leading, mentoring and motivating teams to deliver successful business outcomes
·Be a natural, proactive communicator with good negotiation skills
·Demonstrate your proactive approach to work and flexibility to adapt to ever-changing conditions and new challenges
·Be fluent in oral and written English
