Realize net sales, volume, and profitability of assigned distributor accounts as per targets. Execute Asia-Pacific distribution management strategy as set by Regional Sales Manager Encaps & Dairy Proteins Asia-Pacific (lead) to deliver short term success and drive long term growth opportunities. Responsible to keep CRM application and Sales Excellence targets up to date: e.g. customer/prospect contact, visit report, opportunity, competition and relevant information. Prepare monthly business review with your customer/distributor, including market insight, competition, and segment trend. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including QA, R&D, Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance, to delivery seamless service and solutions.
