Sales Manager

Our company is looking for a Real Estate Sales Manager to oversee our sales team. In this position, the supervision of salespeople is your top priority. You will set sales goals, help secure leads, and train new agents for your staff. You will also call upon your years of sales experience to help with complicated matters, such as complex retail contracts and sales forecasting. Our perfect applicant has an active real estate license and years of experience in the field. We also prefer applicants with a bachelor's degree in business administration.Real Estate Sales Manager Duties and Responsibilities-Provide support on complex sales-Implement team-wide sales strategies-Real Estate Sales Manager Requirements and Qualifications-Bachelor's degree in business-Active real estate license-Several years of real estate experience-Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software-Strong leadership skills-Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence-Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives-Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs-Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team-Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status-More than 5 years experience being a Sales Manager in Real estate
