Sales Manager

Responsibilities: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Sales agents.Set clear goals and sales targets for the team.Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive business growth and referral opportunities. Requirements: A minimum of 3 years of sales management experience, ideally within the real estate industry or a related field.Proven track record of leading successful sales teams and consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.In-depth expertise in digital marketing strategies and proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) software.Proven ability to recruit, train, and manage a team of at least 5 active sales agents.Preferably within Cavite or nearby areas.
