Job Description - Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients.
- Conducts sales activities with around 20 existing clients to ensure ongoing business growth and client satisfaction.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
- Manages a sales team of approximately three members, providing leadership and direction.
- Develops and sets sales budgets, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
- Summarizes and reports sales performance to the executive team, offering insights and recommendations.
- Trains and mentors sales team members to enhance their skills and achieve sales targets.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications Requirement
- Bachelor's degree required
- Has at least 3 years experience with B to B sales
- Has experience with managing sales members
- Has car license *Personal car and motorcycle commuting allowed
-Has Knowledge with selling product with PEZA to PEZA company
-Has Sales experience in Japanese company English Level Business
