SALES MANAGER

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Monitor, maintain and update showroom displays

Ensure availability of sales paraphernalia such as brochures, business cards, poster, etc for clients? reference

Execute plans and develop strategies to meet and exceed established quota

Coach, mentor and provide feedback to team members

Assess individual performances through observation and measurements, and suggest corrective actions as needed.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field

5 years of work experience preferably as Sales Manager in a Car Industry

Excellent English communications skills both oral and written

Experience Managing and Directing a sales team

Excellent in negotiating and selling skills

Excellent leadership skills

Strong customer service, analytical, and interpersonal skills

Demonstrate personal attribute to confidentiality, standard of conduct, respect, flexibility, and other related work ethics

With skills in driving vehicles and with a valid driver's license.
