Sales Manager In Davao Del Norte

SALES MANAGER (Carmen, Davao del Norte)

Sales managers are responsible for leading their teams to achieve sales targets and are often expected to travel as part of their role.

Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years experience in sales of engineering products
• Preferred: Civil or Mechanical Engineering graduate
• Experience in selling steel/metal fabrication products
• Sales/marketing experience in the steel industry is a plus
• Strong technical understanding of engineering drawings and metal fabrication
• Willing to travel domestically and regionally
• He/she should be able to speak Bisaya.

Responsibilities:
• Achieve growth and sales targets by managing the sales team, developing strategic plans, identifying market opportunities, and building strong customer relationships.
• Ensure business growth through performance monitoring, strategic partnerships, and effective marketing strategies.

Work Schedule: Mon to Sat (Saturday WFH)
Work Location: Davao del Norte/Travel Nationwide
