Sales Manager

QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management or other related programAt least 5 years of sales experience in events management or similar industries (B2B setup)Has experience in supervising / managing peopleCan do account acquisition and business developmentAmenable to full onsite work in Greenhills, San JuanWilling to work on Monday to Saturday schedule (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM)RESPONSIBILITIES   Plans and manages eventsProvide monthly, quarterly and annual forecast of revenue streamsMonitor the market for information and creative trendsEvaluate operational issues and align with the current industry standardsDevelops specific plans to ensure revenue / booths closed in eventsDo sales prospecting and business developmentCreate awareness and promote visibility of the eventsFormulate sales policies, practices and proceduresOversee training and conduct regular meetings with Sales StaffAttend event visits as requiredPerform other duties that may be assigned from time to time
