Role and Responsibilities
- Generally supervisor Online Sales Officers
- Develop positive relationships with clients
- Act as the point of contact and handle clients' individual needs
- Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
- Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to clients in a timely manner
- Report on the status of accounts and transactions
- Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
- Monitor sales metrics (e.g.
quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
- Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
- Take inquiries and requests from client and address their needs
- Stay on top of accounts, making sure they're receiving services that are within their budget and meeting their needs
- Meet regularly with other members of the team to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business
- Generate progress reports to give to clients and higher-ups within the organization

- Sales numbers
- No of active accounts managed
- Growth of managed accounts
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback/relations in e-commerce/online product selling
Preferred Skills
- Customer Service Oriented
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Internship or professional experience in a sales or customer service role
- Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously
- Organizational skills and good attention to detail

- 3 - 5 years industry experience in supervisory or managerial role
