Description: Responsibilities: Develop the assigned concept business, create new customers, and promote company products by understanding the market, recognizing business opportunities, and developing a good network in the market to increase market share. Introduce, promote, and sell assigned products to new and existing customers by conducting regular visits and gathering market intelligence to achieve budget deliverables in value, volume, and gross margins. Build and nurture relationships with key customers by building excellent rapport across hierarchies and providing compelling value propositions to increase market share. Develop and strengthen customer relationships through regular visits, responding to sales and technical inquiries, and providing suitable coating specifications to secure sustainable market share and promote company as a preferred supplier of high-quality paints and services. Manage sales and profitability at a customer level by continually monitoring and reporting performance to ensure that annual sales, profitability, and cost targets are achieved. Build multi-level and multi-functional relationships at all key accounts. Qualifications Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field. Proven track record of at least 5 years in business development, sales, or account management roles within construction or paint industry. Willingness to travel nationwide and across country for trainings and meetings.
