Sales Manager / Full Time/Makati/Urgent

JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for achieving the sales targets of his/her group and managing the Sales Engineers reporting to him/her.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree holder
At least 5 years of experience as a sales manager
Preferably with sales experience in water filtration, kitchen equipment, or laundry machines
Goal-oriented with strong strategic planning and organizing skills

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop operating plans and objectives in accordance with the set sales strategies and targets
Organize and plan sales strategies to generate targeted sales volume and ensure the department operates profitably
Review selling prices to maximize contributions and win bids
Oversee promotional and advertising activities as part of the sales program for his/her group
Communicate and maintain sound public relations with customers and suppliers
Recruit and assign enough qualified personnel to adequately cover existing and potential customers
Ensure adequate training of sales personnel
Coordinate with other departments regarding credit and collection issues
