Duties and Responsibilities: Business Development and Account Management: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and grow market share in the HORECA channels in Cebu. Manage and expand relationships with existing accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Identify and acquire new business opportunities within the Central Visayas, focusing on HORECA market. Sales Strategy and Execution: Design and execute sales strategies tailored to the unique needs of the HORECA channels in Cebu, optimizing product placement and promotion. Lead the negotiation process for contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company. Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve sales objectives and foster a culture of excellence and teamwork. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, logistics, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and effective customer service. Market Insights and Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and maintain a competitive edge. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on market opportunities, product development, and promotional activities. Reporting and Budget Management: Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management. Manage the sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI and profitability. Requirements Must-have Skills / Qualification: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field Should have strong experience in handling the Central Visayas. Must have experience working within FMCG industry handling HORECA Trade Channel. Proven track record in hitting sales targets and implementing effective sales strategies. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse sales team. Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and achieve targets. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite. Job type: Permanent
