Sales Manager - Footwear

Job Description

Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts
Translates and trains their team on the company's strategic objectives within product, in-store marketing, community events, shopping experience, etc. Ensures their stores are a delight to shop and that conversion and customer experience are top-notch.
Achieve sales, revenue and profit targets
Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports
Lead our sales team by setting a sales plan for each sales representative, identifying individual sales targets, assigning sales territories, and overseeing training programs to make sure they're successful
Communicates various goals to the shop management team including sales and shop expenses, and coaches accordingly for the attainment of weekly, monthly, and annual goals.
Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:

Diploma or degree in Marketing Management or any related field
3-5 years of deep expertise in retail sales, product merchandising, store operations and talent development.
Must be highly motivated, detail-oriented, creative and innovative
Process good time management skills
Amenable to work beyond working hours
Amenable to travel locally and internationally when need arises
Excellent organization and efficient time-management skills


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
