Salary: 90,000 PHP monthly
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales goals and objectives Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, including setting performance goals, coaching, and mentoring Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and accounts Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure achievement of sales targets Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on them Conduct market research and analyze customer needs and preferences Manage and maintain accurate sales records and reports Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective sales and customer service Must have sales experience Must have BPO experience Must be proficient in using a CRM Must be proficient in written and verbal English Must have previous experience in managing teams Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and customer needs
