Overall purpose and responsibilities of the role: The Sales Manager for chemical/fertilizer products is responsible for driving business growth by developing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and identifying new opportunities in domestic markets.
Duties and Responsibilities: Basically, to sell the product to the Philippines market. To develop new client relationships and managing them on ongoing basis. To visit client sites to further develop relations and secure new business. To implement the established marketing policies, plans, and strategies to achieve the company's mission. To develop and conduct research new business opportunities and items. The performance will be evaluated by the (1) Sales volume and (2) number of new customers. And, the every-day-related-office-work should be done by the person in the company performance standard. Requirements Suitable candidate for working in the local region. Holding a university degree in business / related field. Minimum of 2 to 10 years total experience with sales / trading business in Philippines. Should have experience in the Chemical, Fertilizer and/or International Trading industries. Strong interpersonal skills and flexibility to work. Attention to detail to be able to follow up with clients and meet targets. Advanced verbal and written communication skills to build and maintain strong relationships. English should be fluent. Continue to permanently lead the business in charge of ownership. Interested in pursuing a career in a pioneering spirit company. No disqualification for traveling abroad. Job type: Permanent
