JOB SUMMARY Manage and supervise sales branch operation to ensure Sales Division AOP target set is achieved; continuously review and improve sales processes and ensure sharing of Best Practices among sales branches.
Manage and supervise department to come up with right models at a right price in each segment represented, develops an effective strategic plan to support branch in the implementation and execution of various promotions and campaigns. Ultimately maintain No.1 market leadership, to set and implement IA initiatives with the objective to instil Customer Centricity Culture in our sales team.
