Qualifications: Bachelors degree holderWith 2-5 years of experience as a Sales Manager in similar industryExperienced in handling piping systems or related to any building materialsSkilled in business presentation, business development, client acquisition, and lead generationKnowledgeable and with wide network of construction firms, project developers or managers, architectural firmsProficient in written and verbal communication skillsWith drivers licenseWilling to travel locally and internationally if needed Responsibilities: Grow project business through direct specifications with owners or designers and working closely with dealersActive management of CRM Project Pipeline to ensure maximum market coverage, specifications, and win rateDevelop strategic relationship with Keep Developer Accounts to ensure high specification rate and bulk purchasesProvide dealers with good situations and technical support in order to secure projectsForm alliances with partners to tap into their network and develop competitive packagesUpdate knowledge on general market trends, prices, and competitor activitiesNew Product Launch Promote new products and upsell SuperTubeNew Market Segment Research on clients requirements and competitors products and pricesDiligently visit dealers, developers, architects, designers regularly to maintain good relationship and find new sales opportunitiesSupport marketing events and activitiesEffective use of CRM to manage customer accounts and time allocationCoordinate with regional HQ and Design Hub to ensure all design proposals are met
