Sales Manager - Binondo

JOB QUALIFICATIONThe Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the Sales & Marketing Team. The candidate will report directly to the company's VP for Sales & Marketing.• Oversee daily operations in the Sales and Marketing Team.• Create strategic sales plan that will help the company expands customer's reach, increase market share and profitability.• Manage accounts and ensure the overall satisfaction of the customers.• Lead and motivate sales team to achieve sales goals / quotas.Required skills and qualifications:• Bachelors degree in any computer/IT and/or Sales & marketing related courses.• 5 or more years of experience in managing sales in an IT corporate setting.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Outstanding leadership ability.• Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing.SALARY RANGE: 50,000-80,000WORK SCHEDULE: Mondays-Fridays | 8:30am-7:00pmWORK LOCATION: Binondo, ManilaThank you.
