Sales Manager - Binondo

JOB QUALIFICATION

The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the Sales & Marketing Team. The candidate will report directly to the company's VP for Sales & Marketing.
• Oversee daily operations in the Sales and Marketing Team.
• Create strategic sales plan that will help the company expands customer's reach, increase market share and profitability.
• Manage accounts and ensure the overall satisfaction of the customers.
• Lead and motivate sales team to achieve sales goals / quotas.
Required skills and qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in any computer/IT and/or Sales & marketing related courses.
• 5 or more years of experience in managing sales in an IT corporate setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outstanding leadership ability.
• Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing.
SALARY RANGE: 50,000-80,000
WORK SCHEDULE: Mondays-Fridays | 8:30am-7:00pm
WORK LOCATION: Binondo, Manila
