WORKING SCHEDULE: MONDAY TO FRIDAY 8-5PM

Full Job Description
Sales managers are responsible for leading sales teams to reach sales targets. Sales managers are oftentimes expected to travel.
? Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
? Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense control.
? Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence.
? Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
? Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
? Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills by setting objectives, coaching and performance monitoring.
? Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
? Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
? Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationship.
? Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications and announcements.
? Locates and proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners.
? Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements and financial.
Needed Skills
? Excellent Management, Leadership and Team player Skills.
? No issue with domestic and regional travelling.
? Good communications skills
? Preferably a graduate of Civil or Mechanical Engineering and Architecture. With experience in selling engineering products
? With at least 5 years' experience of selling engineering products is required
? With good technical understanding of engineering techiques
? Experience in Sales/Marketing in the construction materials industry a big advantage.
?Required 3 references once hired and 3 COE
