Sales Lead (Retail)

>At least 2 years of experience in Sales and Team management preferably in the retail industry.
>Has experience in sales, telemarketing, and customer service.
>Strong leadership skills and people management skills.
>Excellent communication skills.
>Train new sales team members and assign sales training.
>Set sales quotas and targets, and identify priorities.
>Performance monitoring and Sales planning.
>Complete sales reports and other administrative work.
>Must be willing to work from Monday to Friday and office-based.
