Sales Lead

Coordinates the sales and marketing department, supporting management, and ensuring sales quotas are reached.
Experience in grocery distribution is a plus.
- Prepare effective sales models to enhance the sales funnel
- Ensure monthly/yearly sales targets are met
- Assist in hiring and training new team members
- Monitor performance of Sales Team members
- Handle customer complaints and queries
- Prepare and present a detailed sales report
