We are looking for a responsible and highly motivated IT/Sales Technician who is ready to take on all Technician and Sales responsibilities from providing service and generating leads to closing sales.Responsibilities and Duties-Assisting customers and presenting product.-Determining the best products to meet the requirements of a customer.-Providing technical support on products and/or service.-Have in-depth technical knowledge about the products.-Sending technical specification to potential buyers along with the sales quotes.-Installing hardware and software systems-Troubleshooting-Setting up computer security measures-Configuring computer networks-Offering technical support on-site or via phone or email.
