Assisting customers and presenting product.Determining the best products to meet the requirements of a customer.Providing technical support on products and/or service.Have in-depth technical knowledge about the products.Sending technical specification to potential buyers along with the sales quotes.Installing hardware and software systemsTroubleshootingSetting up computer security measuresConfiguring computer networksOffering technical support on-site or via phone or email.
