Sales Head For Morris Garrages

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Conducts regular meeting with the sales team.
- Reviews and submits the following Sales Targets to Business Manager:

- Group Vehicle Sales Target
- Vehicle Sales Target per Sales Executive
- Minimum Acceptable Target per Sales Executive
- Sales Prospect Target per Sales Executive
- Generate and submits the monthly sales calendar to Business Manager every 25th of the month based on the set Sales targets.
- Cascades the approved monthly sales calendar to Sales Team for implementation.
- Ensures proper implementation of the sales calendar including but not limited to regular follow up of all potential buyers, mall or offsite display, saturation drive etc.
- Regularly review the sales prospects monitoring system and require immediate action if necessary.
- Ensures that all transactions with banks and financing institutions are in accordance with the set standards of the company.
**JOB SPECIFICATIONS**:

- Graduate of any four-year course.
- Has gained at least 5 years work experience in the company's business/industry in Supervisory/Managerial level.
- Possesses a strong/keen business sense.
- Has excellent organization, planning and problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Able to present information and address business concerns of the management team and customers.
- Ability to present materials & communicate in writing in a fluent and logical manner.
- Must be customer-oriented and articulate.
- Possesses a valid driver's license.
