You will implement SaaS solution onboarding for vendor restaurantsYou will focus to handle day to day operation or any administrative-related tasks and provide updates within a given timeframe, with quality and accurate outputYour success comes with the high activation rate / usage on the system by the vendorProvide online and on-site support to vendor restaurants on table ordering system implementation and usageVisiting vendor restaurants and ensuring table ordering system implementation in placeProvide training and guidance to vendor & BD team where necessary any other adhoc task requiredHandling more than 100 restaurants and conducting business reviews by providing guidance to the restaurant owner and operations staff
Qualifications
Enrolled in or completed diploma/degree in any field2-3 years experience in customer support/customer success/operation roleExperienced in B2B or B2B2C onboarding, incubation, support, or related activities.Experienced in L1 & L2 & L3 Technical SupportExperienced in both onsite and online software & hardware deployment & supportExperienced in F&B operations / F&B industry is a mustSkilled in Excel, Google Sheet (i.e. Vlookup, pivot tables) & Google slides (visual & number presentation)High interpersonal skillsAble to converse & coordinate effectively with different stakeholdersDetailed oriented, process driven, ability to prioritize, execution-orientedPositive attitude, collaborative, fast-learner and a great team playerWilling to travel
