Responsibilities: Provide information regarding product features, pricing and availabilityMaintain knowledge of current sales and promotionsDemonstrate the features and benefits of furniture piecesPersuade customers to make purchases by highlighting the unique selling points of products; Close sales deals and process paymentsHandle customer queries and complaints efficiently. Provide after-sales service and support to ensure customer satisfaction. Assist in the resolution of any product-related issues.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the showroom's furniture collection and inventory.Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Work collaboratively with other sales executives and team members.Other administrative tasks as assigned
