Sales Executive - Onsite

Qualifications:? College graduate or undergraduate of BS in Interior Design with a background in civilengineering? Preferably has sales experience with construction materials? Able to negotiate agreements and keep records of sales data? With knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles? Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships? Enthusiastic and passionateResponsibilities:? Present and sell products used in finishing construction materials? Able to take over and manage some accounts? Remain in regular contact with the client to understand and meet their needs? Hit sales target? Follow and craft detailed business plans designed to attain predetermined goalsand quotas? Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal? Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyaltyWork Location:?
