What We Offer:
Monthly Salary + Commission – Competitive monthly salary with commission earnings ranging from P150,000 to P300,000 or more, based on your sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales and achieve monthly targets.
Lead Generation & Business Development: Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in the architecture and construction sectors.
Proposal Preparation & Presentation: Create and present tailored proposals to clients, demonstrating our value and service offerings.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (project management, design, etc.) to ensure successful project delivery and high levels of client satisfaction.
Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to strategically position our services.
Closing Deals: Lead contract negotiations, close sales, and ensure profitable and long-term client relationships.
Sales Tracking & Reporting: Keep accurate records of sales activities, market trends, and client feedback, while regularly updating sales progress to management.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a sales role
Skills: Strong organizational and time-management abilities with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in crafting proposals and negotiating with clients.
Professionalism: A proactive, results-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive under pressure and meet sales quotas.
