Job Type: Full-time
Work Location: MANDALUYONG
Work Schedule: 8:30am to 5:30pm (8 hour shift), Monday to Saturday

Qualifications:
• College graduate or undergraduate of BS Interior Design with Background in Civil Engineering.
• Preferably has sales experience with construction materials.
• Able to negotiate agreements and keep records of sales data.
• With knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles.
• Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships.
• Enthusiastic and passionate.
• Experience: 1 year sales experience (Preferred).

Responsibilities:
• Present and sell products used in finishing construction materials.
• Able to take over and manage some accounts.
• Remain in regular contact with the client to understand and meet their needs.
• Hit sales target.
• Follow and craft detailed business plans designed to attain predetermined goals and quotas.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal.
• Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty.

Salary Range (Php):
• Daily, Php962.538 daily or Php25,000.00 basic salary per month
plus Php3,000 Transportation allowance.
• Supplemental pay types: 13th month salary.
