Job description:- Responsible for conducting sales activities for hardware or software solutions and serviceswhich include among others: prospecting and managing corporate accounts, developing, andimplementing sales objectives and strategies, achieving assigned monthly sales quota andextensive market penetration for the assigned company product lines in various industries.- Required to develop a highly positive customer relationship through regular client visits, attendingto sales calls in a business-like manner and proper presentation of solutions to address theneeds of the clients/customers.Key Responsibilities:-Identify and target potential customers- Provide a forecast of sales opportunities-Sustain good relationships with prospects and clients-Conduct a presentation to showcase the value of our products-Collaborate with the team to ensure sales target achievementQUALIFICATIONS/ EXPERIENCES:- Degree in Engineering, Business Management/Administration or any business-related course- With minimum 2 years or more extensive experience in sales/marketing management, productdevelopment- Proven track record in credit collection, meeting sales targets, developing distributionnetworks, and can work under extreme business pressure- Preferably with sales experience in the Engineering Industry or knowledge in the BIM/CADSoftware Industry like Archidad/ Autodesk Revit/ Sketch up/ LumionSkills and Desirable Traits:· Ability to establish and maintain a wide network with customers in all industries; confidence toestablish a strong client-based relationship· Excellent presentation and negotiation skills; ability to exert a noticeable impact in customerrelated affairs and decision-making.· Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills· Strong initiative with excellent business orientation / sound business judgment· Background in sales/market analysis and product positioning· Strong corporate image and sales personality, high professionalism in dealing with customers· Ability to deal with all types of people with perseverance and a great deal of enthusiasm; abilityto work in a team environment· With a "Can do" attitude and commitment to excellenceSalary Range: Starting at 30,000, plus allowances (from EBP)Company Address: HV Dela Costa St., Salcedo Village, MakatiCity, Philippines, 1226Employment Type: Full-time and PermanentWith Performance Incentives, Commission, Yearly Bonus, and 13th Month Pay
