Job DescriptionResponsible for advancing and securing sales in the market, performs functions to secure new business accounts, merchandise, and service the needs of the existing sales accounts with an assigned territory.Follows established procedures and guidelines to promote and sell the organization's products within an assigned geographic area, product range, or list of customer accounts to meet sales targets.Pursues sales leads, personally visits existing and new customers, assesses customer needs, and suggests appropriate products and services; prepares price quotes, delivery dates and service obligations to meet established revenue targets.Develops sales skills and knowledge of the organization's products, services, and customers by working closely with a more experienced sales representative.May troubleshoot and handle customer-related inquiries.May be responsible for merchandising activities as a point of servicing accounts to make room for more product placements.Job duties include promotional activities and other account activities.RequirementsAny combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilitiesCommitment to excellence and high standardsAbility to manage priorities and workflowExcellent customer service skillsCreative, flexible, and innovative team playerAbility to understand and follow written and verbal instructionsProfessional appearance and demeanorAbility to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgroundsPreferably with experience in wine industryWorking LocationCosmic Tech.
