Job DescriptionDescriptionBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients.Ensure optimal product placement and merchandising in stores to attract customers and drive sales.Actively engage with customers to promote our products and provide information about features and benefits.Monitor and analyze sales performance.Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.Address any issues or concerns raised by clients or customers promptly and effectively.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.Experience in sales, preferably in retail but not required.Strong understanding of retail operations and merchandising principles.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and customers.Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.Organizational and time management skills.Familiarity with the products and industry is a plus.Flexibility to travel to client stores.Working LocationJAG BOLTSCREW ENT.
