Operational
- Ensures professional sales calls, average of 6-8 quality calls a day based on defined call objectives
- Maintains a detailed knowledge of resort facilities, products and services
- To conduct extensive competitor researches and constantly monitor competitor hotels' sales initiatives and recommend initiatives to Senior Managers / DOSM
- To implement effective target selection process and develop appropriate and effective sales solicitation strategies to increase hotel's market share
- Business Development - Identify new business opportunities through telemarketing activities, market research and implement sales solicitation strategies
- To entertain target and potential clients based on business priorities.
- To ensure a high level of exposure for the resort through direct sales solicitation, telephone contact and written communication.
- To make sure all sales proposals, presentation materials and other sales communications are in line with Solaire's brand standards, and updated in terms of information.
- Implement agreed sales action plans as outlined in the Personal Business Plan
- Achieves the monthly and annual personal sales target
- To ensure all contracts signed by or on behalf of Sales and Marketing department follow the established policies and procedures.
- To attend corporate functions to network and promote the resort as assigned by the Senior Manager and/or DOSM.
- To manage all key sales accounts and groups, to evaluate them based on sales account analysis prepared by Revenue Management Team
- To be aware of community, business, political and social factors that may affect the hotel's financial performance.
- To spearhead and / or participate in sales solicitation activities
Administration
- Ensures that an efficient and accurate database system both manually and electronically (Sales and Catering System ) is maintained at all times
- Collaborates with the Coordinators for the maintenance of a complete file of all Letter of Agreements, Contracts and quotations for the resort
- Attends and contributes to all Meetings as required
- To ensure the best use is made of technology (i.e.
Sales and Catering system) and data integrity/cleanliness
Customer Service
- To provide exceptional guest service at all times providing positive and constructive feedback as necessary to the respective Department
- To handle all guest and internal customer complaints related to Sales/Events and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to ensure problems are resolved satisfactorily.
- Liaises and works closely with related operating departments ensuring guests requests and expectations are met
**Salary**: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
