Sales Executive

Qualifications:
o MALE
o College graduate or undergraduate of BS Interior Design with background in civil engineering.
o Preferably has sales experience with construction materials
o Able to negotiate agreements and keep records of sales data
o With knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
o Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
o Enthusiastic and passionate
o 1 year Sales Experience (Preferred)

Responsibilities:
o Present and sell products used in finishing construction materials
o Able to take over and manage some accounts
o Remain in regular contact with the client to understand and meet their needs
o Hit sales target
o Follow and craft detailed business plans designed to attain predetermined goals and quotas
o Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
o Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty

Work Location: JP Laurel Ave. Bajada, Davao City
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:30am to 5:30pm
