JOB DESCRIPTION :
The Sales Executive initiates, then manages, the sales process for clients until the completion of a sale. The Sales Executive communicates and interacts with potential or existing clients, generates new leads, cross-sells additional options to existing customers, and fosters current business relationships.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Bachelor's degree holder
With 3-5 years of sales experience and a sales performer preferably in Insurance, Pharmaceuticals, Consumer, MLM, Hotel, Auto and Real Estate industries
With a minimum 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience
With own client base; best if with existing or can set-up and manage own sales team
Based in Davao City and willing to travel in Southern Mindanao
Very good oral and written communication skills and w/ social media expertise
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS :
Monthly Allowance: P20,000
Monthly Commission: 6 digits
Quarterly performance bonus
