Supported by a comprehensive onboarding and training process, you will work as part of a team providing service and support to our customers all over Australia, as well as your colleagues (in Australia and the Philippines).
As a Sales Executive you will be responsible for: Generating sales via phone, sms and email while providing an excellent level of serviceEstablish rapport with potential clients and identify their needs and pitch them the appropriate conveyancing serviceManage and maintain a pipeline of leads and opportunitiesTaking accountability for issue resolution and escalating problems where neededAchieving individual KPI targets Maintaining a strong communication performance culture amongst the team and ensuring team targets are achievedDemonstrating you live and breathe our values and behaviorsContinuously looking for ways to improve the customer experience
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must possess the necessary skills below: Able to deliver excellent performance in a high volume sales environmentAble to speak and write in English fluently - strong communication, persuasion and interpersonal skillHighly motivated and results orientedA proven track record in hitting sales targets2-3 years of direct customer contact (written and phone-based) experience working with Australian / NZ, US or UK customersExperience in building and maintaining client relationsGood work attitude, self-driven and proactive in generating salesConfidence to work independently and in a team environmentExpertise in Microsoft 365 applicationsWORKING LOCATION AND REQUIREMENTS This role works in a HYBRID SETUP requiring on-site attendance twice a month and in order to be considered for this opportunity you must be able to demonstrate your home working environment is as follows:
conducive home office (free from noise and distraction)main internet: wired internet of at least 50mbpsreliable back up internet: at least 10mbps speed
