Inside Sales Representative

Job Description As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be expected to acquire new accounts for US clients and be responsible for outbound calls to obtain information for job creation. In addition to this, you may also be required to conduct business negotiations yourself and conduct sales activities aimed at winning orders. In addition to approaching new clients, you will work with the marketing & sales team to plan measures to bring them to the consideration stage and approach clients. 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES You will:
Reach out to prospective clients and accounts to generate new business. Communicate with Clients, responding and following up on leads. Collect client information necessary for job creation.  QUALIFICATIONS You must be a holder of an Associate's Degree or College Undergraduate. You must have at least 6 months of Business-to-Business (B2B) sales experience You must be fluent in written and verbal English and have a neutral accent to communicate clearly with American customers. You must have experience in using CRM tools. You must have strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills You must be proficient in creating documents, manuals, reports, etc. You must possess a startup or business mindset, a growth mindset, and a competitive nature. Work Setup: Onsite (BGC, Taguig City)
