A Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth, building relationships with potential clients, and maintaining existing accounts. This role involves identifying new sales opportunities, presenting products or services, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets.

A successful Sales Executive is skilled in communication, has a customer-focused approach, and is proactive in closing deals that align with company objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management
a. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory or industry.
b. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
c. Regularly meet with potential and existing clients to present products, understand their needs, and recommend suitable solutions.

2. Sales Strategy and Execution
a. Plan and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
b. Conduct market research to understand competitor activities, trends, and customer preferences.
c. Customize sales presentations and proposals to address specific client needs.

3. Negotiation and Contract Management
a. Negotiate terms, pricing, and contract agreements with clients to close deals.
b. Prepare and submit contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and client requirements.
c. Collaborate with legal and finance teams as needed for contract finalization.

4. Post-Sale Support and Customer Satisfaction
a. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful order fulfillment and delivery.
b. Provide post-sales support, address customer inquiries, and resolve any issues that may arise.
c. Gather feedback from clients to improve the sales process and customer experience.

5. Team Collaboration and Market Expansion
a. Work closely with the marketing team to develop sales campaigns and promotional strategies.
b. Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and expand market reach.
c. Stay informed about industry trends and adapt strategies to capitalize on new opportunities.

SKILLS:
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of proven experience as a Sales Executive, preferably within the same industry.

MONTHLY SALARY:
• 20,000 - 25,000
• Negotiable based on the applicant's skill set and depending on location

WORK LOCATION:
• Metro Manila, Cavite & Laguna, Bulacan & Pampanga, Pangasinan & Tarlac, CARAGA (Preferred candidates should live near the working location)
• We will need one for each of these areas

WORK SCHEDULE:
• Full-time
• Monday to Saturday, flexible hours, with a required weekly Zoom meeting on Mondays at 7:45 AM.

• On-site
