Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities:

Identify and engage potential clients to generate new sales opportunities. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing excellent customer service to foster long-term partnerships. Present and recommend books from our catalog, tailoring pitches to suit the needs of different customers (bookstores, educational institutions, etc.). Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Conduct market research to identify current book trends, customer preferences, and potential gaps in the market. Attend book fairs, literary events, and other relevant industry gatherings to network and promote our titles. Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and client feedback to management regularly. Collaborate with the marketing and editorial teams to optimize product offerings and promotional activities. Key Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Experience in publishing or book sales is a plus. Proven experience in sales, particularly in book sales, publishing, or a similar industry. Strong passion for books and the ability to communicate that passion to clients. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for building relationships. Strong negotiation and presentation abilities. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently. Familiarity with CRM tools and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Job Type: Full-time
