Job Description We produce quality shoes and safety gloves, now developing the relationship with the clients in the Philippines such as manufacturing and constructing industries. We need sales executive who is able to handle the clients.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with both Japanese and local companies in the manufacturing and construction industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular route sales for approximately 20 existing clients, focusing on the promotion and sales of safety footwear.
- Promote and sell the company's safety footwear products to prospective clients.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends in safety footwear in the Philippines.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations of safety footwear to potential clients.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with clients to achieve sales targets.
- Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of safety footwear products.
- Report on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts to the sales manager.
- Provide after-sales support and resolve customer issues or concerns related to safety footwear in a timely manner.
- Other responsibilities include tasks related to communication with clients. Qualifications Requirement
- Bachelor's degree required
- Has experience with B to B sales
- Has car license *Personal car and motorcycle commuting allowed
-Has Knowledge with selling product with PEZA to PEZA company
-Has Sales experience in Japanese company English Level Business
