Sales Executive

Job Summary
Responsible for generating sales and leads by presenting the range of Steinway pianos
Responsible for actively building and developing customer relations including after sales
Responsible for generating leads through events, activities, and social media platforms
Will work closely with the Brand Manager and assist in maintaining the customer database and following up on sales leads

Required Education, Skills, and QualificationsCustomer oriented, with well-developed written and oral presentation/communication skills
Willing to work during weekends and holidays
Piano playing and inclination for music would be an advantage
Outstanding sales and sales management skills
Bachelor’s degree and experience in customer service or sales
Superior communication, planning, and organizational skills
Basic knowledge of MS Word, Outlook and Excel
Highly motivated, results-oriented self-starter with excellent problem solving skills and the ability to work independently and drive new business
Min. 2 year experience within luxury / professional sales
