Work Schedule: 40 hrs per week, 8 hrs per day, 09:00 PM to 6:00 AM from Monday to Friday

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for converting leads into customers by effectively communicating the value of our services and negotiating favorable terms.

Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with potential clients and understand their needs and requirements.
• Present and demonstrate our services to prospective clients.
• Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams to improve our offerings.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong drive to succeed.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
