Sales Executive

Y Hotels and Resorts Group Inc., A company engaged in establishments, operation and management of lodging and dining places is currently in need of Account Executive that will promote products and services specifically for catering, packed meals, events space and function room reservations.
As well as manage sales presentation, product demonstration and negotiating contracts with potential clients.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Present, promote or sell services using solid arguments to existing and prospect customers
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationship
- Reach out to customer leads through client visitation
- Achieve targets to the given schedule
- Track sales and status reports
- Handle reservation for function room and event space
- Handle customer complaints, developing solution, and making recommendation for improvement
- Helps in determining pricing schedules for quotes, promotion and negotiation

JOB QUALIFICATION:

- Proven track record in sales industry
- Possession of bachelor's degree in the related field or equivalent experience
- Highly motivated and target driven
- Good communication, selling and negotiation skills
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills
- Vast contacts with potential clients for F&B and hospitality is an advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Php18,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Makati City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

- English (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Driver's License (preferred)
