A Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets for a company. Their role involves understanding customer needs, presenting products or services, and closing deals.Job Title: Sales ExecutiveWork location : Salcedo Village, Makati CityWork schedule : Monday-Friday | 8:30AM - 5:30PMResponsibilities:Lead Generation & Prospecting:- Identify potential clients and business opportunities through cold calls, networking, and marketing activities.- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and market trends.Sales Presentations & Meetings:- Arrange meetings with clients to showcase product or service offerings.- Deliver presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, addressing their questions and concerns.Negotiating & Closing Deals:- Develop customized sales proposals and quotes based on client requirements.- Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements to achieve profitable outcomes.- Close deals and ensure all contracts are signed and agreed upon.Building Client Relationships:- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.- Address client issues and provide solutions in a timely manner to ensure customer retention.Sales Reporting:- Prepare and present sales reports, including forecasts, progress toward sales targets, and client feedback.- Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and deal progress in the company's CRM system.Collaboration with Internal Teams:- Coordinate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations and a unified approach to customer engagement.- Provide feedback to the product development team on customer needs and potential improvements.Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in a similar industry.- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.- Self-motivated, with a goal-oriented mindset.Key Skills:- Sales strategy development- Customer relationship management- Product knowledge and industry expertise- Negotiation and persuasion- Time management and multitasking abilitiesThis role includes a commission-based compensation structure, in addition to a base salary, as sales executives are often incentivized by their ability to close deals.
