Sales Executive

L'Fisher Hotel is situated in downtown Bacolod City, an 8-minute walk from Capitol Park and Lagoon, a 10-minute walk from the Negros Museum and 2 km from Bacolod Public Plaza. Rooms and suites are equipped with cable TV, free Wi-Fi, mini refrigerator and safe box. Suites provide sitting or living area; some upgraded suites feature 4-poster beds. The Role You will be responsible for : Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive sales efforts and lead generation activitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and travel agencies to drive repeat business and referralsConduct site visits, presentations, and negotiations to secure group bookings, conferences, and eventsCollaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to attract new clients and increase brand visibilityStay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities for business growthPrepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management Ideal Profile Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferredMinimum of 2 years' experience in sales, preferably in the hotel industryProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsStrong communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleaguesProficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM softwareWhat's on Offer?
