As an Inside sales representative, you will be responsible for driving revenue by selling our financial services and loan products to potential clients.
Responsibilities: Outbound Sales: Initiate outbound calls to potential clients who have expressed interest in our financial services or who have received our direct mail offers.Inbound Sales: Handle inbound calls from potential clients responding to our marketing campaigns.Client Engagement: Build rapport with clients, understand their financial needs, and provide suitable loan options.Data Verification: Confirm client details accurately and update our CRM system.Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure client satisfaction and close sales.Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
