4. NCR – SALES EXECUTIVE (3) SALES EXECUTIVE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must be a graduate of Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering or equivalent
Preferably with 2 years sales experience in construction industry
With effective communication and negotiation skills
Willing and able to be trained
Honest and trustworthy
Willing to engage in fieldwork/official business to close sales
Can communicate using Filipino or local dialect and English

BRIEF JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The Sales Executive will sell roofing materials (roofing, decking, spandrel, and bended accessories) to contractors, dealers, architects, end users, and builders. The position involves seeking prospects, responding to leads, and maintaining/expanding relationships with existing clients.
The Sales Executive is expected to go through the entire sales process, including visits, follow ups, negotiations and closing of contracts.
