SALES EXECUTIVE FOR PROJECT

 

Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships.

Strong orientation towards providing excellent customer service.

High attention to detail

Excellent selling skills to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.

Experience in the construction/hardware industry is an advantage

Knowledge in windows installation is an advantage

Strong business related knowledge

Highly self-motivated

Job Responsibilities:
Go door-to-door to introduce the employer's offers to potential and existing customers and make cold calls to follow-up, make pitches and process orders.

Present and sell products to prospective clients.

Meet with potential clients to determine needs.

Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities.

Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales report.

Schedule meeting and presentations on company products.

Create, plan and deliver presentations on company products.

Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreement

Maintain contact list and follow-up with customers to continue relationship

Develop strong, on-going relationship with prospect and existing customers.
